Lack of assistance

I am deeply disappointed by the service I have experienced. For an entire month, I have been consistently requesting assistance, yet no one has responded. It is frustrating to repeatedly ask for help without receiving any support. When the documents were required, they were requested promptly, yet now that I have submitted them, there is complete silence. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. If this issue continues unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further, possibly to the board of directors, in hopes of receiving the assistance I have been persistently seeking. This experience has been frustrating and discouraging, as no customer should have to beg for help. I urge you to address this matter urgently and provide the necessary support.
