Lack of after care service
Before sale customer service was awesome however after sale care is horrid, its almost 40 days that i am still waiting for my license disk and i have to keep driving to Springfield to get a temp permit, and i have to fit the cost of fuel. I was even told its fine to drive during festive season with an expired permit, if i get a fine they will handle it. I logged compliants but never receive call backs. Horrid service and to think i paid for my vehicle to be registered

12 Jan 2023, 16:22Its now the 12th, still no response from webuycars, i had to drive to the dealership to get another permit because the one i was given has expired, guess i have to drive back at the end of the month for another, and to think i paid for this servicr and i have to put my own fuel because of the inability from webuycars to sort out my license, leave alone the time that is involved
