Kombi sold twice

I purchased a 1999 VW Microbus online at WeBuyCars, the Silverlakes branch and when I went to collect the kombi, it was not there. The salesperson Diago and the manager advised me that the kombi is at the Midstream branch and I proceeded to the branch only to be told that there is no Kombi there. I was made a fool, running around for a vehicle that I bought and paid for. I was told that I will be refunded within 48 hours by Grant and I still have not been refunded. For a company as big as WeBuyCars, this is very dubious. I requested that I be re-imbursed R2000 for my time and fuel as it is 94km from my house to Silverlakes branch.
