Just concerned about Trade Values

Hi Guys,<br> <br> I don't really want to complain, as I have been referred to you as the best option for my situation by various people. However, the price that [URL Removed] are willing to pay for my vehicle is around R21 - R31k less than the actual AIS dealers guide. The difference between the price they are offering and the retail value is around R50k - R60k according to the February dealers guide. In fact I have been offered much more from normal BMW dealers than [URL Removed] , so I am a bit concerned about the manner in which the trade value is calculated. Webuycars just sent me mails with the maximum price they are willing to pay, and although I know this is a sound and legit business, I am not happy with the way that value a vehicle without even giving me a call and explaining their position, or wanting to make an appointment. <br> I am immigrating and want to sell my car for a decent price. I could easily go to the internet and make some nice profit, but the service and assistance of webuycars seemed like a much better option. I would have loved better communication in this regard. The emails are short and somewhat rude. Not addressing me by name and not leaving a contact name
