Johannesburg South ,Lack of customer care.

I bought a E350 M/Benz and it vibrated so badly on the way home I had to drive below 80kph as the Vibration was quite severe,.I got home and decided to renew the vibration damperThis helped but i think I will also have to renew the engine and trans mountings..All in all about R10K spent already..The oil warning light for the engine aslo kept flashing,so i serviced the engine.I then found some straw on top of the engine,and lo and behold ! a rats nest under the bonnet sound damper.I bought the car on 14th Oct,to date 4Nov I still have not recd the registration papers despite sending 3 e-mails to their customer care dept.Poor,poor service indeed !
