I've had the pleasure of dealing with Tyler at your Germiston branch, the level of professionalism, customer service and support I've received from Tyler is absolutely outstanding! He had changed my mind about WBC as I was initially pushed from pillar to post. Although the website and system is great with ease of access, my problem laid with connecting to my banking in order to make a deposit via the website, kept blocking the transaction. I would not the be the proud owner of a new vehicle today without Tyler at the helm. Thank you.
