It was not a bargain, it was broken, they deceived me

I bought a KIA Sportage 2005, cash last year August(2019) from the JHB South Warehouse display room - before it went to auction. From We Buy Cars I was deceived - took it to Motor Industry Ombudsman but after all the other excuses failed; to pay me out for the repairs that the car needed - the ruling was in their favour in the end stating that I should not have authorised the repair. Ridiculous - how was I to get the quote not having them strip the motor and did they expect the garage to do all that labour for free. It is almost a year later and I still cannot drive my car because I don't have the money to collect car from the garage; R34k is a lot of money and that for a car that was fully serviced 2000 km ago, as I was shown in the service record book So they thought that were clever not to settle on a civil matter - I guess my next step is now to make a ***** case against them, maybe then I will get results; after all that is what it was, they took out a fuse to hide faults, they showed me a ********** service record book and the gaskets were painted with copper spray to make it look new I will write a full review of my dreadful experience; once I see what the outcome is going to be and the whole time I am without wheels
