It was a complicated procedure to get a sales assistant to provide us attention until Rameez Jakoet @ Richmond Park WeBuyCars stopped what he was doing to assist us. We left happy and excited to get the car but then the trouble started. We had such a long process to get the paperwork In place and the car was not ready on the Monday as we were advised it would be. We requested on we buy cars forns that no insurance to be provided through the contracted company to us but yet we received many calls for the insurance team. Then we selected the box that we would register the car ourselves. This was not respected and over an hours delay was caused waiting for this and extra fees not expected to be paid. It actually *****ed the whole experience with all these issues and Ramzeez was not aware or prepared to deal with this. It took hours out of my work day and made the experience sour.
