Irritating Service

According to the Add, we buy any car making it easy for you..... Lies, and having to complete all the necessary information almost 1 and half hours or checking and test driving my car's and then get a response like we cant make you an offer right now. Both my cars are in moving condition with Minor TLC needed and i have been to their premises and seen cars 100 time worst then mine. The Consultants were brilliant, but whoever needs to make the final decision really wasted my time. dont say you'll buy all cars and then cant make me an offer...
