Initially I rated this as 3 stars. I had really apathetic experience with a the Dome branch when I was about to buy a bike and based on the attitude of the salesperson there, I decided to get a similar bike from Richmond in Cape Town instead. Now this is where my rating of 3 stars changes to 5 stars. Rameez Jakoet was assigned to the sale. Get this: I made the enquiry on Easter Monday at around 6pm. Rameez contacted me just after the enquiry. By midday the next day, he had sent me the documents needed. He spent time and concerted efforts to assist me with the purchase. I am flying to Cape Town tommorow to go collect my motorcycle. All credit to him and his work ethic. To the guy at the Dome who when I asked for manager interaction and told me "that's not going to work", sorry Boet, you lost yourself and your branch a sale and lost all credibility in my eyes. I am quite happy to fly elsewhere to get what is now my 7th vehicle from We Buy Cars. All credit to Rameez Jakoet at the Richmond branch.
