*****ing the sound systems

im hoping this will resolve an issue we have come across, last week my girlfriend purchased a car through Mike and Koos dealership in Vereeninging, the small world we live in got smaller as the Fiesta we bought we actually know the owners. i sent him a video showing him the car we were buying and laughed at what a coincidence that was, i asked him about the sound system which i know it had, he said he sold it with the car, the gentleman handling the transaction name is Kobus. Marius from Koss and mike said he dealt with a gentlemen by the name of Sakie, now i called him to query and he said there was nothing , the previous owner took a picture of the boot to show me what was suppose to be in there. now dont get me wrong, you bought the car which i know was for 140k and the property is yours , my issues is now the car system does not work cause of takings out the amp which all was connected. this is disgusting service and you might be unknown that you hired ******* and they dont even check its working ,
