Incorrect Selling pricing advertised on Finance deals!

I found a vehicle I wanted to purchase on Finance with the stated Selling price. I app**** for finance expecting the usual on the road costs, delivery(which in essence should not be charged) and warranty costs to be added to my finance.

According to their “rule” in fine print I am liable to pay for Dekra damages to get the car road worthy where they add the damages charges additionally to my financed amount.

A vehicle I expect to pay for with the stipulated selling price of R195,000.00 ended up amounting to R230,000.00 on finance after their additions.

This is not a fair practice according to the consumer law. Secondly this entire process is taking them already 7 working days. Also this is at the stage before the car needs to get its repairs done.

Honestly, support other dealers. You end up paying the same total amount and get your vehicle within the same day or two.

Thirdly, you will definitely get better client service elsewhere.

They need to realise that as a business you chase clients. Don’t let your clients chase you!
