Inconsistent and Unfair Evaluation Process

I bought my car from We Buy Cars a year and a half ago, and now that I’m trying to sell it back, they’re suddenly bringing up issues that were never disclosed when I purchased it. The only changes since then are two minor scratches, and mechanically, it’s in great condition with new tires, a new clutch, and a new battery.

I had it evaluated at The Dome, where I was given a low offer because they claimed it had no service history or spare wheel. However, when I took it to another We Buy Cars branch, they checked the book and confirmed the service history, as well as the presence of the spare wheel and all necessary items.

It’s ridiculous how they overlooked these things when selling me the car but now use them as excuses to undervalue it. This kind of inconsistency makes it hard to trust them, and I believe something needs to be done about it.
