Incompetence and Poor Service, We Buy Cars Modus Operandi

I bought a car with We buy Cars PE Branch and the experience I had, was the worst I ever had possible I will ever have and their sister JHB South branch, not different from them. The PE branch manager, Marinas and the JHB South branch Mechanic Edgar might be best suited for other responsibilities because there are failing from the ones there are entrusted with.

I bought a car two months ago from the PE branch that has mechanical issue no-one is really interested in resolving the issue instead making non-intelligent remarks/advice. There seem to be trying to detach themselves from the issue and not taking decisive action.

We buy cars company looks like a reputable company but a look can be deceiving. I will never buy a car from them and would never advise anyone to buy from them unless you want some stress in your life. If I had it my way they would not even get one star because its too much of an achievement for them.
