Inaccurate Info

Bought a vehicle from their online auction based on the pictures and Dekra report. Big mistake, the photos or report were not representive of the car with numerous inconsistencies on the report. This I only find out when I received the car. I don't know if the problem lies with Webuycars or Dekra but together their reports are not accurate as I have seen with many of the vehicles they sell. When you try raise a honest complaint, their customer department has millions of clauses and excuses. I could not even talk to their sale managers. You simply cannot do anything other than take a very expensive legal route. They know this well and continue to get away with it. This company's business sale ethic scaly and I will never use them again nor do I recommend them to anyone.
