IMPROPER CONDUCT

We Buy Cars (Werner Steyn)) bought a car from us over 2 years ago which had a personalized registration number plate and said that it would be uplifted once the car was sold by them. To our shock we actually saw the said car with our registration number plate driving past Loftus a few weeks ago. Since then we have continuously contacted both Werner and a certain Blake person who was going to sort the problem out and the receptionist/person answering the phone refuses to put us through to anyone higher up! We are seriously concerned that the new owner could be running up various fines, tollgate fees and hopefully no accidents or ******** activities. Not sure how to get this sorted out. Do we report the car as ****** or have it S****PED as We Buy Cars is not sorting the problem out. We do not know who they sold it or the dealer who they sold it to however they do have all the information. If anyone can assist with a legal way of sorting out this problem, it would be appreciated.
