I traded in my car for the first time through We Buy Cars Germiston and wow what and amazing experience from start to finish. Not only was this experience smooth and easy, but everyone I met made my car buying experience feel personal and everyone I met was so kind and patient. I would like to especially mention Jaco Jordaan, Nadine in the finance department and Zayn Swanepoel who consistently went above and beyond to make the process easy and make a plan for me when I wasn't sure what to do. From arriving at the reception to driving out the gate with my new car I couldn't recommend this team enough! Will definitely be back when I would like to change this car, but for now I am over the moon. Between loadshedding and the economic climate, I am not sure how you are providing such great service at such a good price but please keep it up.
