I'm not satisfied no...

I'm not satisfied nor dissatisfied, I just believe that We Buy cars is like a sausage machine to push the sales....sales agents almost gets demotivated with you as a client if you say you have your own broker for insurance purposes (meaning that you will not use the in-house one of out Surance) then time is being played to deliberately play for time to a Friday to push you to make use of this, didn't work with me! I also feel that TCF. Furthermore adding onto my point of we are just pushing for business I got a vechile with an expired license without any temporary number plates, I needed to phone request this and drive again to pick this up.....I was also told by the sales agent that licensing and registration would be done by them, after I told him the vehicle would be registered in another province only to get a mail back that here is you papers sir go and do it yourself......so either the poor sales agents does not know the processes well or they are just running the gather sales for a paycheck at month end, in effect neglecting current customers that is in front of them. My closing statement is I won't recommend We buy cars to friends and family as I believe that you would get a more personal service and sence of appreciation for your business at a local car dealership.....other clients might feel different, but I won't be a returning customer
