Ill advise to get car sale

On the 13th April 2023 we bought a Mercedes Benz A250 at WebuyCars Germiston. The sales person who sold the car was in hurry for a sale and ill advised us by selling us a car with worn out front tyres telling us that policy we took for Rims and Tyres will cover that. That’s after we complained about the tyres. After taking ownership of the car has been to their workshop three times with no remedy. When we went to fit tyres we were told the cover doesn’t cover worn out tyres. We went back to we buy cars and we were given a laptop to lodge the complain which is now three weeks and our problem is not solved. Called the manager and whatsapped . Our issue not being resolved.
