Our finance was approved immediately on the Monday and we were told that after the minor repairs (Lower control arms) were done the vehicle wil be ready for delivery the Wednesday.

After numerous excuses and different stories being told by the sales person we were able to collect the car on the Saturday. He told us that we could collect the car at 12:00. When arriving at 13:00 the car was not ready for delivery because they were busy fitting the tracker.

When the car was finally ready for collection it was full of oily hand marks after the sales person told us that we will receive a clean car.

When inspecting the car the wheel spanner was missing and the same sales person told me that he will collect it from the mechanic and I can pick it up the following week. This is not possible because I drive alone everyday and as a woman I can't sit without a wheel spanner when getting a flat tyre.

After the collection I was promised that it will take 2 to 3 weeks then I can collect the paperwork and license disc.

It has been almost 2 months and I have been following up repeatedly without any answers.

My cars disc is expiring at the end of the month and it was a service that has been paid for.

This is unacceptable and very poor customer service!
