It's sad that I had to even give them a single star. I purchased a car from them, THEY had it serviced and then 660km after I took delivery of the vehicle, it had a major oil leak. Still two months after logging a complaint on their website, absolutely NOTHING has been done. The oil leak cost my R2750 to fix. It took 10 days to have the vehicle finally in my hands. Then, When it came to licensing, On the invoice Licence and Registration was added for R1850 to my vehicles amount. and then I had to pay another R2000 out of my pocket to get my license disc from the license department. So just by buying a vehicle from We Buy Cars, I lost R4750. And not a single person seems to give a damn. This is not even to mention the back and forth driving I had to do to have the vehicle fixed.

I would recommend anyone out there to rather walk for the rest of their lives, than to buy a vehicle that WILL have problems from we buy cars. Their after sales service is up to ****.
