I would like to write a review about Melissa Loubser at Webuycars

I would like to write a review about Melissa Loubser at Webuycars.co.za. CRM department. After numerous issues with a purchase from The Dome branch and the sales person Ruan, I was unable to get clarity on issues I had with items ****** and the license / permit that had to be issued. Ruan made it an internal issue which needed investigation which left me without a leagl document / license to travel with the trailer, the trickle charger for the trailer batteries was ****** as well as the awning for the trailer. I Melissa took over the queries and resolved everything in 3 working days. She managed to get my refund on an item I had to buy, this item was ****** between the time I viewed the trailer and the day I went to collect. She then managed to courier me the permit, which was not given to me at the time of purchase, the trailer had no license disc or even a license disc holder. The day after she managed to arrange payment for the 2nd ****** item, the trailer's awning, to the manufacturer. Melissa kept me updated on the progress first thing in the morning every day, she had minimal requests for things I had to do, she was friendly, on the point and never had any stories like Ruan. If it wasn't for Melissa this deal would've been cancelled and I would've made sure that everyone I know, including social media we aware of what it is like doing business with Webuycars The Dome. Thank you again for your excellent service Melissa. I hope the company is aware of what you're worth to them.
