I would like to launch a official complaint against Wynand van der Bergh at Webuycars

I would like to launch a official complaint against Wynand van der Bergh at Webuycars.co.za... He phoned me last week to make arrangements to look at my car on Friday 11 June 2021. He then phoned me later on Friday to cancel the appointment and made a new appointment for Wednesday 16 June 2021. He called me Tuesday night 15 June 2021 to tell me that he forgot that Wednesday is a public holiday and that he is not working on public holidays. He then wanted to make a new appointment for this coming Saturday which I told him that I am busy this weekend and that I'm not interested anymore for Wynand to evaluate my car. I especially made my arrangements and canceled family events due to the fact that Wynand from webuycars.co.za made the appointment for Wednesday. I feel this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional service from We Buy Cars. This experience was very unpleasant and won't recommend We Buy Cars to anyone!
