I will never buy from we buy cars again

It’s been 5 months since I purchased my car from We Buy Cars, and I still haven’t received the log book. Because of this, I can’t even drive the car—its license disc is expired, and it’s not registered in my name.

I’ve been waiting for months, following up multiple times, but I’m still stuck with a car I can’t legally use. This is beyond frustrating, and I expected better service from a company of this size.

If anyone has experienced something similar, let me know how you resolved it. At this point, I just want my paperwork sorted so I can actually use the car I paid for.
