I went to the WeBuyCars Montana branch and honestly, I was not expecting to be entertained and helped at the same time, but Mitchel Kriel and Thulane Mtai really said “customer service but make it an experience.” Mitchel was very helpful and calm throughout the process and Thulane brought the good energy. At some point I felt like I was buying a car and attending a comedy show at the same time. They made the whole process feel less stressful and more like I was being helped by people who actually enjoy their jobs, which is rare these days. 🤍
