I was warmly welcomed by the gentleman (Tiger) who assisted me with the sale. He was professional and courteous at all times, however still requires a bit more understanding of the products. He might be new to WBCs and still a bit anxious but nothing hectic. With time and guidance he will be an excellent salesman. Great potential for growth. He was respectful and asked for help where he struggled and kept a smile at all times. Queen Masuku was of great assistance too, very friendly and courteous! Darshen was also quite helpful. Disappointingly they forgot to give me the temporary permit before leaving WBCs and I was stopped by Traffic Police and nearly got a R1000 fine. When this was brought to their attention they apologised profusely and was sorted out on the same day.
