I was told that the vehicle I'm purchasing has a vw warranty/ maintenance plan with vw

I was told that the vehicle I'm purchasing has a vw warranty/ maintenance plan with vw. I then secured the vehicle with a R5000 deposit on 27/12/22.The vehicle was taken to vw and vw stated there was no plan cover on the car . I cancelled the deal with we buy cars. To date I have not received my deposit back which was requested. I will not recommend purchasing a vehicle from we buy cars as firstly I was **** to and secondly they have still not refunded my deposit. A person should think twice before dealing with we buy cars
