Well I would start by reviewing the employee, no pre delivery check could have been done as the problem would have been picked up. I have spent 2 days back and forth with your employee that is doing his level best to side step the problem, instead of stepping up and sorting out the problem, if he worked for me he would have been fired, but he has managed what should and could have been a great customer experience into customer frustration and has ensured that I will NEVER deal with the your company again, and his action has motivated me to ensure that I share my bad experience with as many people as possible, this is the 2nd, and final bad experience that I have had with We Buy Cars. I can not and will not recommend We Buy Cars to anyone as it is clear that making false stamens and posting false DEKRA reports on vehicles seems to be acceptable business practice to yourselves, your salesman went as far to tell me that I should take the problem up with DEKRA as they issued the report, Surely a pre delivery inspection is done by WBC, telling me in a recorded voice note to take the matter up with DEKRA is not the solution, I did not buy the vehicle from them, I paid WBC for the vehicle, not DEKRA
