I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle from webuycars in Germiston after work at 4:30, unfortunately as I left work there was heavy storms and there was floods and bad traffic making my trip from Midrand to Germiston 1hr30min instead of the usual 26mins I had anticipated. I was on my way to Germiston and was told that I should reschedule cause Johan wanted to leave but it was not even 17:30 and they were due to close at 18:00. I refused to reschedule as I had already paid for an uber there which costed me a fortune due to the weather conditions. I arrived there to a very rude Johan who was very dismissive and in a hurry to leave even though it still before 6pm. I found his service very very poor and very unpleasant. I would rate him 0/10.
