I was originally assisted by Christiaan but the service was shocking

I was originally assisted by Christiaan but the service was shocking. Not only did he not turn in my documents until the day had passed but then sent the vehicle I wanted back to JHB while pending approval, weird. The only reason I came back was because of Gift Nyahumbi from the Richmond location. I have never received such great service and the same with his assistant,Marco Morell. Both of them can teach Christiaan how real customer service works. Perhaps he should go back to being Gift's assistant and Marco become a sales exec. Beautiful service Gift and Marco.
