I was assisted by Carel on the phone and Armando in person at the Johannesburg South branch

I bought a car 3 weeks back at the Johannesburg South branch and I still have not received my natis documents. I’ve tried contacting the two sales consultants that assisted me with the purchase (Armando and Carl) but they won’t reply to my messages, let alone pick up my calls. I contacted the call centre a week ago and they told me they will have someone contact me, and until today I am still waiting. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement 👎🏼
What a 360!
Tried the complaints option but I held for so long I had to hang up!
Approaching week 4 with zero communication.
