I was assisted by Brandon and he was absolutely hands on from the beginning phases of the process. He equipped me with the relevant information and upon cross checking this information with my independent sources I was able to confirm he was 100% honest. At no point did I request an update as he provided one daily without me even requesting. Furthermore Brandon was instrumental in expediting the process for me despite the relevant department having skeleton staff. I’ll definitely be returning to this specific branch considering the service I’ve received from Brandon although I do suspect he will be poached if not promoted over the coming months.
