I want my refund of R5000
Jan asked me to put a deposit of R5000 on a car I was interested in buying, pending an agreement on a discount i requested as the car was overpriced. WeBuyCars did not want to decrease the price even though i was buying the car cash!!! I then cancelled the deal and asked for my money back. They kept on saying they paid it back into my bank account, which was not appearing. I bought the same car cheaper somewhere else and physically went back for my deposit which they promised to pay back. Today, 10 November 2015 I called again (since 24 October 2015) and am told I will not receiving my deposit because I cancelled the deal.<br> <br> I want my R5000 I put as deposit back and would advice no one to attempt to buy a car from WeBuyCars or WeSellCars.<br>

I would like to resolve this issue for you, as you are clearly very upset and you feel wronged.
We are not a backyard fly-by-night company, we are a professional company who is affiliated with professional institutions, run by professional people with a proven track-record.
Do you think if I resolve this matter for you in an amicable way that you would be prepared to withdraw your statement that you would advise no one to deal with us, even though we are currently selling close to 1000 vehicles per month?
Why I am asking is - this is clearly just a missunderstanding of the common variety, and this is the very first that management hear about this, so I feel it is unfair of you to tel us what is a fair price and what not, and so forth, especially on a highly specialized vehicle.
So to sum it up, I am looking into it now.
