I visited the Richmond branch on Tuesday 17/2/26.The staff member who assisted me, Mr.Roget Prinsloo, was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.I would highly recommend your branch due to his excellent service.On the other hand, the day that I was there,the weather was extremely harsh with temperatures reaching 37/38°C.I was very uncomfortable in the heat. Mr. Prinsloo was wearing a VERY THICK WINTER WORK SHIRT and was sweating profusely.I couldn't understand why he wouldn't choose a summer shirt instead.He informed me that company policy dictates it is compulsory to wear specific shirts on specific days,regardless of the weather. I was appalled. The uniform for that day could result in heatstroke.It's DISGUSTING that your staff have to endure such treatment.Please assess your uniform policy and be considerate to the needs and wellbeing of your staff.They are the ones who make your business a success
