I sold my car to we buy car's on the 15th September 2022

I sold my car to we buy car's on the 15th September 2022.But now I receive e-toll statements from SANRAL from after the sale of the car to the amount of R1329.26 which I had to pay. When I asked the buyer if I need to do anything he said no and on their website it states that the vehicle is transferred to them immediately after the sale which they didn't do. Im so upset right now I'm just so tired of people like these that make problems for others.
