I saw a motorcycle at a WBC Eastern Cape, and decided to put down a holding deposit. This was done on a Saturday evening. Charlestone Ruiters contacted me within minutes and started relaying information like VIN numbers etc. On Monday morning he contacted me via a Video call to do a virtual inspection of the motorcycle. He also sent me a video and some static photos of the bike. Although I didn't follow through with the purchase the service I received from Charlestone was world class. He needs to be commended for his value he adds to WBC. Because of this experience I will not hesitate to visit WBC again for a future purchase.
