I reserved the car at the Springfield branch

I reserved the car at the Springfield branch. However, the designated sales person, Prenola Moodley, never contacted me. I was eventually transferred to Brandon Lucas. He immediately jumped to my assistance. He went out of his way to send photos and all other info, as I stay far from Durban. He also arranged for the vehicle to be sent to Johannesburg. As soon as the car arrived at the Dome, Brandon assisted in every way he could from afar and Elandre and Ricardo did the groundwork, also in excellent manner. I am very happy with my car.
