I regret the day a bought a Car from We Buy Cars

Worst experience ever!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car at We Buy Cars. It's been 4 months since I've been paying for a vehicle that I am not even driving. I bought the vehicle in October 2024, 4 weeks later it has a water leak. I took it to a RMI approved workshop. The workshops delayed because they were struggling to get parts. Fast forward to 18 February 2025, when I received a claim rejection letter from warranty because of pre existing conditions that were found on the engine. Which means We Buy Cars sold me a vehicle that was going to breakdown and warranty would void because the assessor found cable ties, glue, leak stop, etc used on the engine. On 19 of February I raised a concern telling them am returning the vehicle and it is my right to do so. Today is the 8 of March and the matter has not been solved. I even paid the February installment on the 25 of February even when I had given the instruction of returning the vehicle. The customer care agent (Carin Dreyer) is dragging this situation, sometimes she would go for days without communicating, I would follow up with her all the time. We Buy Cars JUST HAS TO PAY BACK THE BANK SO THAT THEY CAN CLEAR ME OF THAT LOAN. I mean like I have paid alot of money already for a vehicle I don't have and insurance.
