I received excellent service from Kabelo Tsebe at the Midstream branch. When I walked in I was initially assisted by a different consultant, who was inpatient and rude. I was ready to leave the dealership but I meet Kabelo who changed my entire experience. I asked a lot of questions and he was friendly and patient in explaining the spec and history of the vehicle I was interested in. His openness and friendly nature gave me the assurance that I was making the right decision. Even after leaving the dealership, he was quick to response to texts and always took my call when I had a query. Thank you to Kabelo and the other staff at the Midstream branch. I traded in my vehicle and purchased a new car all within a few days!
