I purchased a vehicle from we buy cars and took delivery of the car in September the 21st, since then I have done follow ups regarding vehicle documents like the vehicle registration document etc since they still had to do change of ownership

I purchased a vehicle from we buy cars and took delivery of the car in September the 21st, since then I have done follow ups regarding vehicle documents like the vehicle registration document etc since they still had to do change of ownership. My follow ups have been met with silence. It's been over a month since I purchased the car and paid for the licensing and was promised that the license disc, plates etc would be sent within 2 weeks. Their manner of conducting business is poor. I have heard about their service but did not think much of it but I have experienced it myself and would advice that if anyone is looking for a seemless and satisfactory experience when purchasing a vehicle, We buy cars is not the way to go.
