I purchased a vehicle at We Buy Cars last year in October that was sold to me as a 2019 model

I purchased a vehicle at We Buy Cars last year in October that was sold to me as a 2019 model. After taking it back to the dealership it was revealed that it was actually a 2018 model. I was misled and this is in complete violation of the consumer protection act. I demand recourse
