I paid R10000 for 3 deposit on cars, they said they will refund you in 5 days once you request the refund. Jaryd Govindsamay was responsible for my refund, they acknowledge receipt of my docs on the 11 April. They don’t answer calls or give feedback. Only after 5 calls and mails, the response is, it’s being processed. They don’t give interest on your money , say they are having 1000 customers refund. They must get competent people or must be honest in what their sla/tat is in terms of refunds and try communicate better and give proper feedback. As this leave a bad taste
