I paid 29k for it

I paid 29k for it. Drove down the road and had to fill the oil and water. 8 min later the vehicle wouldn't drive. Just dead. When I tried to get it to start again on the N2 highway it had no gears. I phoned the salesman and he told me that it's my problem and he would advise me to get someone to tow me. It's been 2 weeks. I can not find any one suitable to contact. Just customer care. They informed me to send them a invoice on the cost for repairs. But they don't give me a number or email address where I must send this. Worse of all is I don't want that I just need my money back. I will buy a reliable vehicle somewhere else. Even on the website you can not get hold of anyone in charge. I'm now lost. No vehicle, no funds.😡😔😭
