I need my money back.

I purchased a car via finance at we buy cars Johannesburg Got the car 12 jan 2024 and drove home with it and the were no problems drove the car on the 13th and it started showing “drive train” issue which limited the speed of the vehicle and also started warning me that i need to pour coolant i did so on the 14th when i drove it to tiger wheel and tire to check the rims of the car only for them to do it again but they stated that it was done at bosh before i even took the car . it reflected the same things again drive train and coolant , by the 16th it was booked at BMW to check what exactly is wrong with the car only to find out the car engine was redone from top to bottom with that being done the car had errors that bmw couldn’t detect the only way that could be done is for them to undo the engine to find out what was wrong and the was a leakage which was finishing the coolant in an abnormal way. Both these at tiger wheel and bmw costed me an amount of R3 353.64 Which we buy cars sent an email stating that it will he paid back upon everything and me sending everything that they required and sending an email stating that they will pay me back the money i spent on both these services but later retracted and stated that they wont be doing so i want my money back because all these things were not mentioned on the dekra report hence why i bought the car.
