I met Dale at the springfield park branch. He really went out of his way to make things work, from trying to stay in our budget to assisting us with finer detail to the car. There was a few hickups with 3rd party companies, but nothing was to big for Dale not to sort it out. He kept me updated on every process and pulled service through to the delivery date.
