I made a purchase on March 23rd on an Opel Astra 2016... The following day it wouldn't change gears, i called the salesperson who was assisting me 'Kyle Wessels'. 2 hours later a tow truck came to collect the car back to warehouse. The car took longer than anticipated that i was frustrated and even wanted to cancel the purchase,,i logged a complaint on the company website.. If wasn't for mr *Kyle Wessels* for calming me down, updating me daily and *Sheri Kuipers* reasoning with me on the delay making me understand. Credits and appreciation to them🙌🏾. On April 4th my vehicle was delivered at doorstep looking beautiful and fresh. It felt brand new when i took it for a drive and my wait was indeed worth it. ThAnk! you guys again and again!
