I m unhappy with WE BUY CARS..poor Service.

Hi...I have previously complained about We Buy cars refunds service very poor...still now I didn't get any positive feedback from WE BUYCARS...they just said we will call you back and they never called. I submitted everything they asked for refund. They even gave me the case number...and that was the end of it. I even physically went to brackenfell branch twice, where the vehicle was,,that I put a holding deposit to get a OTP,. Unfortunately my finance was not approved, for the amount of te vehicle I wanted. Now to get the refund from We Buy Cars is just a headache. It's over 2weeks now.when I visited the branch they said nothing they can do much. ,they only showed me the massage, they sent to the refund department that they didn't get the response as yet.That is what i was told at the branch. Someone rep**** here on hello Peter at my first Complaine that he /she will follow up just to make things looks good, and that was the end of it. No one has ever contacted me since. I Wasted over R300 just to call WE BUY CARS without any results...very Very poor service. This is going now to third week.
