My mother bought a car in March cash, first time driver, she know nothing about cars. She drives it only when she goes to work which is less than 5km, then it broke down. Problem was the fear box, she has to buy a new one for R45 000.00.while she bought a car at R78 000.00. When she calls then they say sorry if it was bought for cash it her problem she signed the contract, however they did not disclose what is the problem with the car. She has been calling several times, they keep on saying the manager will call you back. How do I resolve this ?
