I have purchased a car from we buy cars on finance and I have picked up the car last week Thursday (25/04/2024) and i have requested for the money of the reservation to be refunded

I have purchased a car from we buy cars on finance and I have picked up the car last week Thursday (25/04/2024) and i have requested for the money of the reservation to be refunded. I was requested to put R5000 to reserve the vehicle on the 21/04/2024 which was perfectly fine as the have stated to me that the money will be refunded with 72 hours. It is one week later (03/05/2024) and I have still not received my refund as yet. I called the call centre now and they have advised this will take 5 business day for the refund to be processed. I am extremely disappointed in this as everything else went so smoothly for this process up until this point.
