I have bought many vehicles from we buy cars, sadly many other faults like wheel bearings etc was not on the decker report, clearly on the smooth road root we are told to take the vehicle on a test drive and it been such a small test drive nothing can be noticeable. Once the vehicle is bought and really test driven home on the open road then the faults are seen and noticeable but by then reporting to we buy cars of the faults they service in helping is refused. It sad as a on going buyer to be paid R2100 on a report which does not cover every fault on the vehicle. Respect should be giving to the buyer specially when it's not just one car but a few cars the buyers has bought and still continue to buy vehicles from we buy cars. I'm not a dealer but have a passion for vehicle. It will be a great honor with alot of respect from me to we buy cars if they could look after us buyers in a cent of assist with faults dat was not logged on the details report maybe a discount on paperwork charges or even a small discount of the vehicle itself known I as a buyer continue and will always been buying vehicles from we buy cars. I have alot of respect for my sale assistant Mark as he has always been kind and respectful to me.
